TRUST HANDLE (AKA FIO HANDLE)

Register and manage a Trust Handle

With Trust Handles, you can simplify wallet management by easily creating a personalized handle and linking it to your public addresses during setup. This makes sending and receiving tokens much easier, without the need for complex addresses.

Manage or Register

You can manage or register your Trust Handle(s) directly from the Trust Wallet settings. Each handle ends with “@trust,” and you can map up to 200 public addresses to one handle.

• Navigate to the Trust Wallet settings

• Click “Trust Handles” to register or manage your Trust Handle

Register Handle

You can manage or register your Trust Handle(s) directly from the Trust Wallet settings. Each handle ends with “@trust,” and you can map up to 200 public addresses to one handle.

• Enter your name of choice

• Click “Continue” to complete the registration process


Manage Handle

You can easily customize the networks associated with your Trust Handle by searching, scrolling, and toggling networks on and off, giving you full control over your wallet's connections.

• Click “Continue” to complete the registration process

• Click “Manage” networks to add or delete networks associated with your handle

SENDING TOKENS

Resolving Trust Handles

With Trust Handles, sending tokens becomes a seamless experience by allowing you to use a simple handle instead of a lengthy public address. Trust Wallet automatically recognizes and resolves the handle for fast and accurate transactions.

Token Send Screen

When sending tokens, simply enter your Trust Handle, and Trust Wallet will resolve it to the correct public address using a secure REST API lookup, making transactions quick and hassle-free.

• Enter, paste, or scan the address or domain name

• Enter the amount you wish to send

• Click “Next” to confirm and complete your transaction

On the confirmation screen, both your Trust Handle and the corresponding public address are displayed, ensuring transparency and accuracy before finalizing the transaction.

• Review the information on the transfer verification view

• Click “Confirm” to complete the transaction
